- Basic technical data needed to run the website securely.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare reviews and quotations, and deliver projects you ask us to carry out. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Project records: as long as needed for guarantees and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the business (for example, email and form hosting), under contract. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The enquiry form may keep an unsent draft in your own browser so you don't lose it. Nothing is sent to us until you submit.
