You need numbers, details and someone who owns the interface, not a brochure. Send us a drawing, a window schedule or a sketch. Within two working days you'll have marked-up comments, a recommended system and a budget.

Four ways we take work off your desk.
No sales visits unless you ask. Each service has a clear output and a turnaround time.
Drawing & schedule review
Upload plans, elevations or a window schedule (PDF, DWG or XLSX). You get comments on panel sizes and weights, Part L, K, M, O and Q points, structural and threshold interfaces, and a budget range of ±15%.
Project details
Head, sill, jamb and threshold details drawn to your wall build-up, plus the deflection limit and fixing loads for your engineer. Issued as DWG, ready to drop into your set.
Samples
Profile corner sections, RAL and anodised finish swatches and a glass make-up sample, posted or hand-delivered to studios in central London.
CPD for your practice
Lunchtime sessions in your studio or online: Designing large sliding doors in London extensions and Glazing and the 2021 Building Regulations (L, O, K, Q). Accreditation is in progress.
Never chase us for an update.
Every project gets its own page in your portal. You see where it is, who has the ball, when the next update is due, and every document and decision, from first drawing to handover.
12 stages, always current
From received and technical review through quotation, survey and shop drawings to production, installation and handover. Each stage shows who it's waiting on and the date we've promised.
Sign off online
Approve quotations and shop drawings with one click, or request changes with a comment. Every decision is time-stamped, so you have a record for your client and the golden thread.
Questions in writing
Ask about a detail, a size or a date in the project thread. Your technical lead answers there, and nothing gets lost in someone's inbox.
Told the moment it changes
An email and an in-portal alert when a stage moves, a document arrives, an approval is needed or someone replies. You choose how much email you get.
Built to be downloaded, not requested.
Once a system is certified, its files go up here: no login and no sales call. Until then you can request the current drafts for a live project.

What each Approved Document asks of the glazing.
A quick reference for England. We supply the data for each item on your project. Always check the current edition and any local requirements.
| Part | What it means for doors & windows | What we provide |
|---|---|---|
| L — Conservation of fuel and power | Limiting U-values: 1.4 W/m²K for new or replacement units in existing homes, 1.6 in new dwellings. For extensions, glazing over 25% of the floor area (plus openings removed) means using SAP. | Certified Uw for your actual sizes, plus Ug, g-value and frame data for SAP. |
| O — Overheating | New dwellings: limit solar gain and provide ventilation. Large south or west glazing is the usual risk. | g-values for solar control glass, and opening areas and restrictor data. |
| K — Protection from falling, impact | Safety glazing in critical locations, including doors and side panels near floor level. Guarding where sills are low. | Toughened or laminated glass classification for every pane. |
| M — Access | Accessible thresholds in new dwellings: a total upstand of no more than 15 mm. | Flush and ≤15 mm threshold details. |
| Q — Security | Doors and easily reachable windows in new dwellings to be tested to PAS 24 (or equivalent). | PAS 24 test evidence for the system and configuration. |
| F — Ventilation | Background ventilation for habitable rooms. Sliders rarely take trickle vents, so plan it elsewhere. | Equivalent-area data for vents in windows. |
Summary only, not a substitute for the Approved Documents. Source: Approved Documents, GOV.UK (Open Government Licence v3.0).
Specified as drawn.
Value engineering shouldn't happen behind your back. Our change control is simple:
No substitutions without sign-off
Profiles, glass, hardware and finishes are installed exactly as specified.
Every change in writing
Any change request shows its effect on U-value, security, weather class and certification before anything is ordered.
A record you can keep
At handover you get a register of the as-built specification and declarations of performance, ready for your project records.
